Steel piers — our strongest, most permanent repair — are covered for the lifetime of the structure, with free adjustments for the life of the home due to settling.
Hybrid piers carry a 10-year warranty, concrete piers carry a 5-year warranty, and polyurethane foam injection work — owned and warrantied directly by AAA Guardian, never subcontracted — is covered for 2 years. Pier & Beam reshim and pad & block work carries an 18-month warranty. Whichever method fits your home, you can count on clear, honest coverage.
Steel Piers
Lifetime warranty with free adjustments for the life of the home due to settling.
Hybrid Piers
Combines a steel pier's strength with a concrete piling for added support. Covered for 10 years.
Concrete Piers
