Repair Method

Polyurethane Foam Injection

A fast, minimally invasive way to stabilize slabs, sidewalks, driveways, and patios.

In addition to Concrete and Steel Piling we offer Polyurethane Foam Injection. Foam injection can be used to stabilize & repair sidewalks, driveways, patio porches, raise the center of the house up and fill slab voids.

The Process

A Technician will evaluate the area, then our crew follows a precise, low-mess process:

  1. A technician evaluates the area and determines the proper solution to stabilize the slab.
  2. You and the technician schedule a date — most jobs take a half day to three days depending on size.
  3. Flooring is cleared from the work area before the crew begins.
  4. The crew scans the slab to locate rebar and avoid it entirely.
  5. Tape marks a drill site every 2-3 feet along the slab.
  6. A 5/8" hole is drilled at each marked site.
  7. A plastic port is placed in each hole to connect the foam gun.
  8. Polyurethane foam is injected in controlled 5-10 second bursts until the slab is stable and level.
